Refund Policy
Practice on Notary Practice Tests starts free, with nothing to refund. This page sets out the refund terms that apply to paid access.
Free plan
The free plan gives you 10 practice questions per state, with explanations, source references, and topic results. It costs nothing, needs no card, and has nothing to refund or cancel.
Paid access
Paid access is $19.90 per state for one year and unlocks all 400 questions and timed forms for the purchased state. Where purchasing has not opened yet for a state, the site collects no payment details and no charge can occur.
Digital product
Paid access is digital access to online practice questions and study tools, delivered as soon as the purchase completes. Because access is immediate, refund eligibility depends on the conditions below.
Refund terms for the paid plan
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase, for any reason and with no questions asked. A refund ends paid access for that state.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once approved, the money usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
These terms, and any consumer rights that apply where you live, are confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Requests after 14 days
A request received more than 14 calendar days after the original purchase is not eligible under this policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Expiration
The purchase does not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. Access to the purchased state expires after one year, and the free questions remain available afterward.
How to request a refund
Email contact@notarypracticetests.com with the subject line “Refund Request”, using the account email or naming it, and include the approximate purchase date and the state you bought. We will confirm and process an eligible refund to the original payment method.
If you were charged by someone else
If you see a charge you associate with this site but you did not buy paid access here, it may not have come from us. Check the merchant name on the transaction and contact that merchant or your bank. Never include full payment-card details in a message to us.
