Questions, corrections, and feedback.
Found a question that looks wrong? Have a suggestion for a state or a feature? Tell us. Corrections from learners are one of the main ways the question banks get better.
Common questions.
A quick answer may save you a message.
How do I report a wrong or unclear question?
Send the state, the question ID shown under the explanation (in “Source reference”), what looks wrong, and a current official source if you have one. We compare the report with the cited source and revise or withdraw the question if needed.
How quickly will I hear back?
We read every message and reply when a reply is useful. Correction reports are checked against the source first, so a detailed report with a question ID gets the fastest answer. We cannot promise a fixed response time.
Can you tell me whether I qualify, or help with my application?
No. We are an independent study resource, not a government agency or a law firm. For eligibility, fees, deadlines, or exam scheduling, use your state’s official notary page, linked from each state guide.
Can I ask for my data to be deleted?
Practice progress is stored in your own browser, so you can remove it by clearing your browser data. If you created an account, choose the privacy request option and tell us the email address you used.
I have a question about payment, access or a refund.
Paid access is not on sale yet, so nothing has been charged. Once it launches, write to us from the email address tied to your order and name the state you bought. Refund terms are on the refund policy page.
I am having trouble signing in.
Use the password reset link on the sign-in page first. Practice works without an account, so you can keep studying while an account issue is sorted out. If reset does not help, tell us the email address you registered with.
Do you offer corporate or classroom licenses?
Not at this time. If you run a notary training class and would like to use the practice tests with students, tell us about your use case and we will let you know what is possible.
